Comic: Jesse Mildspear Throws His Shoe

PANEL 1: The party faces down Jesse Mildspear, a scrawny, furious man who is clearly outmatched by seven heavily armed adventurers. He’s red-faced, shaking with impotent rage, pointing an accusatory finger. The party looks mildly inconvenienced at best. Guts is yawning.
PANEL 2: Jesse, having apparently run out of words, reaches down and yanks off his own shoe. His face is pure unhinged fury. The party watches in confused silence. Kaial has started to raise a hand as if to say something diplomatic.
PANEL 3: ACTION SHOT. Jesse hurls the shoe directly at the party with his whole body behind the throw. The shoe tumbles through the air in slow motion. Impact lines radiate from it. It is the most dramatic shoe throw in the history of the Forgotten Realms. Every member of Nemesis watches it arc toward them.
PANEL 4: The shoe bounces pathetically off Guts’s chest and falls to the ground. Nobody moves. Complete silence. Jesse stands on one foot, breathing heavily. Speech bubble from Lyra, arms crossed, completely deadpan: “…was that it?” Small text at the bottom: “Jesse Mildspear was never seen again.”
