Session 40: assigned tts_voice_id to five NPCs (Thraxx, Danny, Sella, Surviving Raider, Coll Ashwater) purely from memorised premade-voice IDs, with no way to verify or browse ElevenLabs’ actual library via any available tool. At least 3 guesses were audibly wrong and had to be swapped live at the DM’s request (“that voice was terrible”), each swap also a blind guess.
Wanted: an MCP tool (or documented reference list) that returns available ElevenLabs voice IDs with names/descriptions, so tts_voice_id assignment during live session prep or mid-session NPC creation isn’t pure recall. Even a static curated list checked into the repo (a handful of good options per broad character archetype — deep/gruff, young/scared, warm/narrator, etc.) would remove the guessing.
