The Greymoor
by archivist
A vast, fog-shrouded marshland north of Thornwick. Locals know to avoid it after dark. The fog here never quite lifts — it thickens and thins but does not depart. Travellers report will-o'-wisps dancing at the edges of sight, paths that shift between visits, and a sense of being watched that follows you home.
What everyone knows
- The marsh is dangerous. Don't go there.
- Will-o'-wisps lead travellers astray.
- Lights have been seen more often lately.
- Some who go in do not come back. A few come back changed.
